We don’t just obide by the Swedish and International Sale of Goods Acts – we try our hardest to exceed them.
When shopping in our webshop you’re always entitled to a 30 days full refund guarantee. Return your order undamaged within 30 days with a copy of your order confirmation we will give you your money back. Please note that the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return. We will refund your money no more than 3 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be made through your original transaction method.
When returning or exchanging an article the buyer will be charged a return fee of SEK 50 / EUR 9 / USD 15 which will be deducted from your refund.
We require all packages to be wrapped carefully upon return. Please note that the box is to be seen as part of the product and should not be damaged by tape, stickers or writing.
We ship internationally to several countries. To find out if we ship to your country, simply put an item in the shopping cart and go to the checkout to see if your country is listed.
When ordering you will pay a reduced shipping charge. However we can not cover it fully due to the high cost of international shipping.
Our shipping is carried out through DHL Freight in Sweden and will be delivered to your nearest pick-up hub. We ship with UPS in Europe and FedEx outside of Europe, with home delivery. Customs and VAT fees will be added when importing goods to countries outside the European Union. The fees will be charged by FedEx and are not included in the order total.
If UPS/FedEx can’t deliver the package to you we will have to charge you 40 EUR or 50 USD for the shipping and handling back to us. Remember that you can always track your package through the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive when we ship you order. Didn’t receive a shipping information e-mail? Gram will cover all costs of replacing the merchandise due to damage caused during transportation. If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it. Ask the distributor to note why it has been refused, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your current order number.
If Gram fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Gram cannot be held responsible for the consequences.

What is a cookie and how is it used?
Gram uses two types of cookies, permanent and temporary (session cookies). A permanent cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device no longer than 12 months. A session cookie disappears when you close your browser window. The permanent cookie is used for instance to remember which currency you'd like to shop in and the session cookie is used to keep track of what you've put in your shopping cart and when you've closed a pop-up-window that you don't want to see again.
