All Swedish orders are shipped with DHL, which means that the order will be delivered to your nearest delivery hub and you will receive a notification to pick your package up.
We ship internationally to several countries. To find out if we ship to your country please review the list below, or simply put an item in the shopping cart and go to the checkout to see if your country is listed.
When ordering from another country than Sweden, you will pay a reduced shipping charge. However we can not cover it fully due to the high cost of international shipping.
Our international shipping is carried out through FedEx or UPS, with home delivery. Customs and VAT fees will be added when importing goods to countries outside the European Union. The fees will be charged by FedEx/UPS and are not included in the order total.
We are unable to deliver to post-office boxes.
We are unable to deliver to addresses that are not applicable to the credit card holder.
We can only ship to the address that you’ve registred with your purchase.
If FedEx can’t deliver the package to you we will have to charge you 40 EUR or 50 USD for the shipping and handling back to us. Remember that you can always track your package through the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive when we ship you order. Didn’t receive a shipping information e-mail? Gram will cover all costs of replacing the merchandise due to damage caused during transportation. If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it. Ask the distributor to note why it has been refused, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your current order number.
If Gram fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Gram cannot be held responsible for the consequences.
