We don’t just obide by the Swedish and International Sale of Goods Acts – we try our hardest to exceed them.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through www.gramshoes.com. By ordering from the website, you agree that these conditions apply between you and Gram International AB, SE556792912901.
Orders can only be made by persons that are 18 years old or older. These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time by Gram International AB at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Please note that the valid version of the Terms & Conditions for your order is the version that was in effect at the time when you placed the order.
ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed.
Gram International AB does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order.
In the event that an item is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you shortly by email.
To see the correct prices for your specific country, please add any item to your shopping bag and go to checkout. In checkout select the correct country under headline “2. Your details / Shipping to:”
European Union (EU): Webshop prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. No extra VAT charges or duties will be applied.
US customers: Webshop prices are excluding Swedish VAT. Your country’s VAT will be paid by you, the customer, and is usually collected by the freight forwarder. As is any duties and customs fees.
UK customers: Webshop prices for orders 135 GBP or less (152 EUR) include 20% UK VAT. Webshop prices for orders over 135 GBP (152 EUR) excempt VAT. Instead you will pay 20% VAT upon receiving the order.
8% duty may be applied on products from China for all UK orders.
VAT, duties and customs fees are usually collected by the freight forwarder.
Other countries: Webshop prices do not include Swedish VAT but may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes in your country. These charges are usually collected by the freight forwarder.

RETURNS & CLAIMS
When shopping in our webshop you’re always entitled to a 30 days full refund guarantee. Return your order unworn, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will give you your money back*.
*Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded in the case of a return. And that a return shipping fee of SEK 50 / EUR 9 / USD 15 will be deducted from your refund.

If a delivered package is not collected or signed for, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Remember that you can always track your package through the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive when we ship you order. Didn’t receive a shipping information e-mail? Please check your spam filter before contacting email@example.com.
Gram will cover all costs of replacing the merchandise due to damage caused during transportation.
If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it.
Ask the shipping company to note why it has been refused, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your current order number.
We ship internationally to several countries. To find out if we ship to your country, simply put an item in the shopping cart and go to the checkout to see if your country is listed.
When ordering you will pay a reduced shipping charge. However we can not cover it fully due to the high cost of international shipping.
Our shipping is carried out through several shipping partners.
Sweden – DHL and Budbee
DHL shipments will be delivered to your nearest pick-up hub.
Budbee shipments are delivered to your home and can be followed through the link in the e-mail and SMS you’ll receive when your order is shipped. Returns through Budbee are also managed through this link.
Europe – UPS
UPS shipments are carried out through home delivery (pick-up hub and other adjustments as an option through your personal UPS account).
USA/Rest of the World – FedEx
FedEx shipments are carried out through home delivery*.
*Please note that customs and VAT fees will be added when importing goods to countries outside the European Union. The fees will be charged by FedEx and are not included in the order total.
