Return your order undamaged within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you your money back.

Please note: We require all packages to be wrapped carefully upon return. The shoes should be unused and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. The box is considered part of the product and should be carefully wrapped and not damaged by tape, stickers or writing.
We are unable to handle exchanges.
Your order has to be returned and a new order placed if you wish to receive another size or a different model.
We charge a return shipping fee.
Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded in the case of a return.
And that a return shipping fee of SEK 50 / EUR 9 / USD 15 will be deducted from your refund.

1. FILL IN THE RETURN FORM
And add it to your package.
Or include a copy of your order confirmation if no return form was included.
2. PACK THE PRODUCTS CAREFULLY
Make sure to protect the product and the shoe box.
The shoe box is to be seen as a part of the product and should not be damaged by writing, tape or other packaging material.
3. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL TO THE PACKAGE
Not needed for Budbee orders, just klick the link in the text message or e-mail from Budbee and order your pickup. They will collect the same way they delivered.
4. HAND YOUR RETURN OVER TO YOUR NEAREST SERVICE POINT

5. WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE
You will receive an e-mail when we have received and registered your return. Your refund will usually be handled within 14 workdays after receiving the return.
I NEED TO RETURN A BUDBEE ORDER!
You don’t need a return label, just a return form.
Klick the return link in the text message or e-mail you received from Budbee.
And then order a pick-up at a time and day that suits you! Super easy.
Budbee will collect the return the same way they delivered.
I NEED TO RETURN A DHL/UPS/FEDEX ORDER!
A return label and a return form are included in your package.
But I’m outside of the European Union!
You will also need a customs declarations form sent to you.
Please note – do not include any customs declaration forms inside the package. You will need to hand it to the person receiving your return.

Should the original shoe box be damaged by tape, writing or careless packaging we will deduct an additional 150 SEK / 15 USD / 15 EUR from your return.
WHY DO WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & RETURNS?
When you buy something from gramshoes.com, we charge you for shipping. And in case you return your order a return cost will be deducted from your refund.
Why? We actually subsidize the real shipping cost heavily but ask you as a customer to contribute with a small part.
A part of this is for environmental reasons. Since this means you‘ll avoid ordering items that you’re not 100% interested in. Another reason is that the cost for shipping and returns for a smaller company like ours is much higher than for the big international corporations. We simply need your support.
Our warehouse is located in Borås, Sweden which means your shoe is shipped from there.
WE WILL ALWAYS COVER ALL COSTS OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY TRANSPORTATION.
If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it.
Ask the carrier to note why it has been refused and report the damage to our customer service team:
If the product you received doesn’t match the description or you have other issues with your shoes, our customer service team is here for you! Send them an e-mail and they will help you out.
If a package is not collected or signed for, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are not covered by the right to return items.
Remember that you can always track your package through the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive when we ship you order.
