RETURNS

When shopping in our webshop you’re always entitled to a 30 days full refund guarantee. Return your order undamaged within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you your money back!

We require all packages to be wrapped carefully upon return. The shoes should be unused and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. The box is considered part of the product and should be carefully wrapped and not damaged by tape, stickers or writing.

Don’t forget to include the return form or a copy of your order confirmation.

Please also note that we do not handle exchanges. Your order has to be returned and a new order placed if you wish to receive another size or a different model.

CLAIMS

If the product you receive doesn’t match the description on the webshop or you have other issues with your shoes, please contact our customer service team on info@gramshoes.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you!

We will always cover all costs to damages caused  caused during transportation. If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it. Ask the carrier to note why it has been refused, contact info@gramshoes.com and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your order number.

And add it to your package. Or include a copy of your order confirmation if no return form was included.

2. PACK THE PRODUCTS CAREFULLY

Make sure to protect the product and the shoe box.

The box is to be seen as a part of the product and should not be damaged by writing, tape or other packaging material.

If you received your order from Budbee, please use the link in the order confirmation e-mail or SMS sent from Budbee to book a return pickup.

5. WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

You will receive an e-mail when we have received and registered your return.  After that we will handle your refund within 7 workdays.

The refunded amount is usually visible in your account within 2-7 bank days after the refund is made.

If a return label was not included in your order, just send an e-mail with your order number to info@gramshoes.com and request a return label.

We do not offer free returns. But your return shipping fee is heavily discounted. In the case of a return, the following amount will be deducted from your refund.

Sweden 50 SEK/Europe 9 EUR/USA&World 15 USD

The shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return.

The shoe box is an item of value and cannot be replaced. Should it be damaged by writing, tape or other packaging material we will deduct an extra 150 SEK/15 EUR/15 USD from your refund.

Your refund will be carried out 1-5 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be made through your original transaction method.

If you already paid using Klarna Faktura, then Klarna are responsible for the refund. If payment deadline is short for your invoice, we suggest that you log in to com and register your return. This will put your invoice on hold until we have carried out your return.
