When shopping in our webshop you’re always entitled to a 30 days full refund guarantee. Return your order undamaged within 30 days with a copy of your order confirmation we will give you your money back!
We require all packages to be wrapped carefully upon return. The shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product which should be carefully wrapped and not damaged by tape, stickers or writing.
For Swedish and European customers:
Just use the return label that came with your original order and drop it off at your closest delivery hub. If you need a new return label, contact our customer service email@example.com
For non-European customers:
Contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return label, then drop the return off at your local delivery hub or call FedEx to arrange a pick-up.
Please note that the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return.
We will refund your money no more than 3 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be made through your original transaction method. If you chose to pay with Klarna, please note that your invoice still needs to be paid or go to klarna.com and log in to register your return.
We charge a return fee of SEK 50 / EUR 9 / USD 15 which will be deducted from your refund.
If the product you receive doesn’t match the description on the webshop or you have other issues with your shoes, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you!
We will always cover all costs to damages caused caused during transportation. If there is visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse it. Ask the carrier to note why it has been refused, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and report the damage caused by transportation with relevant details about the damage and your order number.
